By scheduling a shipment with us, you agree that our responsibility is limited to the transport and delivery of physical cargo in accordance with international carriage regulations. Dangerous, flammable, or illegal goods are strictly prohibited.

2. Real-Time Tracking Telemetry

Tracking statuses, delivery estimations, and routing coordinates are provided for convenience. Actual transit times may vary depending on customs, weather, or operational constraints.

3. Claims and Liability

Any damage or loss claims must be submitted in writing within 14 calendar days from the scheduled date of delivery, accompanied by valid consignment receipts and photographic evidence.
